以医院药师为中心的药学服务降低药物不良反应发生率的效果

Effect of hospital pharmacist-centered pharmaceutical service on reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions

目的观察以医院药师为中心的药学服务降低药物不良反应发生率的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月在我院门诊药房用药治疗的120例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规用药指导,观察组在对照组基础上开展以医院药师为中心的药学服务。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以医院药师为中心的药学服务可以有效降低药物不良反应发生率,同时能够提高患者满意度和用药依从性,有助于促进患者康复。

Objective To observe the effect of hospital pharmacist-centered pharmaceutical service on reducing the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Methods From May 2017 to May 2019, 120 patients treated with drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was guided by routine medication, and the observation group carried out hospital pharmacist-centered pharmaceutical service on the basis of the control group. The application effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Hospital pharmacist-centered pharmaceutical service can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, improve patients’ satisfaction and drug compliance, and help to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
