中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

目的研究气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中应用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中患者68例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组ET、ACTH、CORT、TXB2、PGI2、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP及MMP-9水平均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分显著下降,SIS各项评分均显著升高,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性脑卒中可有效改善患者激素水平和血清炎性因子水平,同时能降低患者神经功能缺损程度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods Sixty-eight patients with ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of ET, ACTH, CORT, TXB2, PGI2, IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP and MMP-9 in the two groups decreased significantly, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of the two groups decreased significantly, SIS scores increased significantly, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can effectively ameliorate the levels of hormones and serum inflammatory factors, at the same time, it can reduce degree of neurological deficits and improve the quality of life of patients.
