摘要
目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗及针对性护理在外伤性脊髓损伤中的应用效果。方法选取56例外伤性脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各28例。两组均采取高压氧治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性护理。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗及护理后,两组的感觉功能、运动功能、FIM评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗及护理后,两组的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执及精神病性评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 HBO治疗及针对性护理能够有效促进外伤性脊髓损伤患者脊髓功能的恢复,提高患者生活功能独立性,并改善其心理状态,具有显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy and targeted nursing on traumatic spinal cord injury. Methods Fifty-six patients with traumatic spinal cord injury were selected as the study objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with hyperbaric oxygen, the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment and nursing, the scores of sensory function, motor function and FIM of the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment and nursing, the scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoia and psychosis in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HBO therapy and targeted nursing can effectively promote the recovery of spinal cord function in patients with traumatic spinal cord injury, improve the independence of patients’ life function and psychological state, with significant clinical application value.
