中西医联合早期康复护理在股骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with early rehabilitation nursing on patients with femoral fracture after operation

目的探讨中西医联合早期康复护理在股骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择在我院接受治疗的160例股骨骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组80例。常规组接受常规护理,试验组接受中西医联合早期康复护理。比较两组护理效果。结果试验组髋关节功能优良率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组骨折愈合时间、住院时间均显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量各项评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对老年股骨骨折患者开展中西医联合早期康复护理的效果显著,其能够促进患者更快康复,提升髋关节功能,减少术后并发症,改善患者生活质量,具有较高推广价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with early rehabilitation nursing on patients with femoral fracture after operation. Methods A total of 160 patients with femoral fracture who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with early rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). The fracture healing time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with early rehabilitation nursing on patients with femoral fracture after operation has significant effect, which can promote faster recovery, ameliorate hip joint function, reduce postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients, with a high promotion value.
