房山酒庄葡萄酒:佳酿征途,无惧探索——26款房山葡萄酒品鉴

摘要 1999年,波龙堡酒庄在一片古河道的滩涂地上种下了第一株葡萄藤;2003年,波龙堡出产了中国第一款有机葡萄酒,成为中国有机种植与酿造的先锋;2010年房山区正式启动北京房山高端酒庄葡萄酒产业的规划与建设,一批新的酒庄在房山陆续建立,而天生的“探索”基因似乎已在这里深植。新建的每一家酒庄都在积极探索和尝试适合自身风土的品种、种植技术,以期酿造出各具风格的葡萄酒。 In 1999,Chateau Bolongbao planted its first grapevine in the flood land of the ancient river course.In 2003,Chateau Bolongbao produced the first Chinese organic wine and became a pioneer of organic viticulture and vinification in China.In 2010,Fangshan district officially launched the planning and construction of Beijing Fangshan high-end winery wine industry.A number of new wineries were built in Fangshan,and the natural'exploration'gene seems to be deeply rooted in Fangshan wineries.No matter varieties or viticulture,each new winery is actively trying and exploring,in order to understand the terroir and make the distinctive wines.
