摘要
对汽车翼子板棱线不顺问题产生的原因及解决方案进行阐述,通过对制件造型和现场调试2个方面进行分析,制定了棱线不顺问题的解决方案,提升了翼子板成形的质量,缩短了研发周期,为冲压项目开发的顺利开展奠定了基础。
The causes and solutions of the unsmooth edge on the car fenders were expounded.Based on the two aspects of part modelling and field debugging to formulatea solution,it improved the quality of the forming fender, and shortened the development cycle, which laid a foundation for the stamping project.
