摘要
分析了内螺纹盖的工艺特点,阐述了优化后注射模模内旋转脱模机构的工作原理。通过对模具结构进行优化,即采用塑件旋转脱模而模具螺纹型芯轴不转动的反向设计,降低脱模机构被烧伤损坏的概率;优化了脱模机构关键成型零件抱轴式的轴承组合,提高了脱模动作的同轴度;优化了螺纹型芯轴的冷却循环系统,降低了成型零件的温差形变及发热磨损。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,工作稳定。
The technological characteristics of a cap with internal thread were analyzed, and the working principle of optimized in-mould rotary demoulding structureof the injection mould was illustrated. The reverse thinking was used, namely, the rotation of threaded core was transformed to the plastic part, which reduced the burn damage of the demoulding mechanism. It optimized the bearing assembly to improve the concentricity of the debugging mechanism, and optimized the cooling system of the threaded core to reduce the temperature difference deformation and wear. Practice proved that the optimized design of the mould structure was reasonable and it worked stably.
