摘要
以平开窗框为例,通过对UPVC再生料的物料组成和特性进行分析,介绍了UPVC再生料与普通UPVC原料在模头流道中流动性的差异,并结合生产实践,提出了新型的UPVC再生料共挤模头设计理念及设计方法,解决以往UPVC再生料共挤模头续航能力差的问题。
Taking the side-hung window frame as an example, after analyzing the composition and characteristics of UPVC recycle material, its fluidity differences with the normal UPVC material in die head runner were illustrated. Combined with practical production, a new design idea and method was put forward for UPVC recycle material extrusion die head, which prolonged its service life.
