习近平绿色发展思想在江西的实践研究

人民对美好生活的向往是党的奋斗目标。要实现人民对美好生活的向往,必须走生态保护与经济发展并进的发展道路。习近平总书记提出“保护生态就是保护自然力”“绿水青山就是金山银山”等绿色发展理念,是社会主义生态文明建设的指导思想。江西人民遵循习近平总书记“绿色发展”思想的指导,在保护自然力基础上,坚持节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复优先;大力发展绿色产业,做好自然力的转换;坚持制度规范先行,为绿水青山转化“保驾护航”。走出一条“保护与发展相统一;短期利益与长远利益、局部利益与整体利益相结合;生态保护与素质提高相融合、坚持生态保护与民生福祉提高相结合”的发展道路,做到在“发展中保护,保护中发展”,为欠发达地区进行生态文明建设提供了经验借鉴。

The people′s longing for better life in the new era is the goal of the party.To achieve people′s pursuit of a better life,we must follow the path of ecological protection and economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward green development concepts such as“protecting the ecology is protecting natural forces”and“green water and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains”,which are the guiding ideology that guide the construction of socialist ecological civilization.The people of Jiangxi follow the guidance of Xi Jinping′s“green development”ideology.On the basis of protecting natural forces,they adhere to conservation and natural recovery first;vigorously develop green industries and do a good job in the conversion of natural forces.Coming out of a development path of“unification of protection and development;integration of short-term and long-term benefits,partial benefits and overall benefits;integration of ecological protection and quality improvement,and adherence to the combination of ecological protection and improvement of people′s livelihood”,“Development in the protection,protection in the development”.provides lessons for the development of ecological civilization in less developed areas.
