摘要
公共选修课是高校教育不可或缺的重要组成部分,而考核是衡量公选课教学质量的主要标杆。通过对相关高校的调研,总结了目前多数公选课考核过程中存在的一些问题,并以东华理工大学“地球科学概论”公选课为例,提出了问题导向、课堂讨论、作业评价、演讲展示和开放试题五要素的考核模式,最后在教学实践中进行了实施应用。实践证明,该考核模式能够积极调动学生学习的主观能动性,有效地提高公选课教学质量。
The public optional course is an important and indispensable part of university education,and the assessment is the principal criteria to measure the teaching quality of public optional course.This paper summarizes some problems existing in the assessment of most public optional course by relevant university investigation.Then,Taking"Introduction to Geoscience"of East China University of Technology for example,we propose an assessment model including five factors:problem-oriented,class discussion,homework evaluation,speech presentation and open test questions.In addition,this assessment model is implemented in the teaching practice of"Introduction to Geoscience".The practice shows that this assessment model can motivate students′active learning and improve teaching quality of public optional course.
