皮革加脂剂的清洁化与高档化技术探讨——制革产业转型升级重要的技术支撑 被引量:6

摘要 讨论了加脂剂的主要类型与结构特征、发展受限型加脂剂的性能特点及其生产过程中产生的污染物,提出重新构建的加脂剂系统需进行清洁化和高档化升级。介绍了几种具有发展潜力的加脂剂类型:三氧化硫磺化油脂类、磺基琥珀酸酯盐类、磷酸酯盐类以及天然磷脂类加脂剂,并讨论了其相应的改造升级措施,有利于实现加脂剂的清洁化和功能化,推动皮革行业的转型升级和可持续发展。 The types and structural features of the fatliquors,the performance characteristics of the restricted fatliquors and the pollutants produced in the process of production were discussed.The road for the reconstruction of the fatliquoring agent system is cleaning and upscale.Several types of fatliquors with development potential were introduced including sulfur trioxide sulfonated fatliquors,sulfosuccinate salt fatliquors,phosphate ester fatliquors and natural phospholipid fatliquors.The corresponding upgrading measures to achieve the cleaning and functionalization of fatliquors were proposed,and it would promote the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of the leather industry.
