摘要 介绍实现纺织品吸湿凉爽功能的基本原理、关键制备技术及相关性能的评价方法,阐述吸湿凉爽型纺织品的研究进展。指出吸湿凉爽纺织品的实现原理包括纤维吸湿导热、织物热湿扩散、织物热湿传递通道。分别阐述吸湿凉爽型纤维、吸湿凉爽型织物及通道型吸湿凉爽织物的制备技术,以及导热性能、接触瞬间凉感性能、导湿性能、主观评价等吸湿凉爽功能评价方法。并根据目前吸湿凉爽功能纺织品研究中存在的问题,从机理研究、制备方法及性能评价3方面提出建议,指出吸湿凉爽效果明显且功能持久纺织品的研发及功能评价方法仍是研究重点。 This paper elaborates the basic principles,key preparation technologies,related performance evaluation methods and the research progress of hygroscopic and cooling textiles.The realization principles of hygroscopic and cooling textiles include fibers’moisture absorption and heat conduction,fabrics’heat-moisture diffusion and fabrics’heat-moisture transmission channels.It describes the preparation techniques of hygroscopic and cooling fibers and fabrics,especially channel-type hygroscopic and cooling fabrics,as well as the methods of evaluating hygroscopic and cooling functions such as thermal conductivity,instant contact cool feeling,moisture conductivity and subjective evaluation.According to the problems existing in the research of hygroscopic and cooling textiles,suggestions are given from three aspects of mechanism research,preparation methods and performance evaluation.And it points out that the research about development and functional evaluation methods of textiles with obvious and durable hygroscopic and cooling effects will remain the focus.
