摘要
分析人造毛皮编织机编织过程中面料出现停车线的原因,指出毛皮编织机运行过程中存在断纱、断条、坏针等故障时系统自动停车,由于主车与梳理头之间采用齿轮机械同步传动,在停车和启动时存在非线性现象,导致面料出现停车线,系统车速、停止和启动时间、每色毛条喂毛密度、喂毛轮电动机转速是影响停车线的主要参数。介绍人造毛皮编织机控制系统组成及功能,通过分析系统喂毛工作原理,对控制系统的运行模式和人机交互花型控制计算机软件部分进行设计,并在自动控制系统中应用BP神经网络算法动态控制喂毛轮电动机转速,实现停车线补偿,解决编织机停车、启车瞬态存在非线性现象导致的停车线问题和停车线过补偿问题,提高了产品质量和品质。
This paper analyzes the reasons for fabric stop line in the knitting process of artificial fur knitting machine.It points out that the faults like yarn-picking,bar breaking and damaged needle would make the system stop automatically,and synchronous transmission of gears between main car and carding head produces the nonlinear phenomenon when the fur knitting machine turns on and down,which causes the fabric stop line.System speed,stopping and starting times,feeding density of each color sliver and speed of feeding wheel motor are the main parameters affecting the fabric stop line.It introduces the composition and function of the control system of artificial fur knitting machine and analyzes the working principle of fur-fiber feeding.The operation mode of the control system and the human-computer interactive pattern control computer software are designed.Besides,an automatic control system combined with BP neural network algorithm for dynamically controlling motor speed of the feeding wheel is designed to realize fabric stop line compensation,which solves over-compensation problem caused by non-linear phenomenon when the fur knitting machine turns on and down,and improves product quality.
