摘要
为了解决定形机的集中管控、系统集成以及数据管理的问题,提出了一种定形机集中控制管理系统设计方案。基于模块化设计方法、数据库技术以及网络通信技术,搭建了系统总体框架;设计了基于OPC UA的网络拓扑以实现机台组网;描述了设备管理、数据采集与监控、排产管理、能耗统计分析等主要功能的设计原理。实际应用表明,该系统功能完整度高,适应性好,具有较高的灵活度与开放性,能够快速实现机台组网,并可以方便地与第三方信息系统进行整合;应用该系统后,设备利用率、生产效率、能源消耗以及人工成本等方面得到了明显改善。
To solve the problems of centralized control,system integration and data management of setting machines,a method of centralized control and management system was proposed.The overall system framework based on the idea of modular design concept,database technology and network communication technology was illustrated.The network architecture with OPC UA between the central server and machines was given.The basic functions and design methods of main functional modules,including equipment management,data acquisition and supervisory control,production scheduling,and energy management,were presented.With applications in several factories,it demonstrated that with the characteristics of good function,adaptability,flexibility and openness,the system had a simple and rapid implementation of network building and system integration,which could significantly improve the device availability,production efficiency,energy consumption and labor cost.
