摘要
钨精矿中杂质的含量对钨精矿的利用及产品的性能有较大影响,准确快速分析杂质含量在生产中非常重要。钨精矿试样经盐酸-硝酸体系分解后,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定其中杂质元素钼、锰、铁的含量;优化仪器最佳工作参数,选择合适的分析谱线能有效降低共存元素对测定的干扰,选择了合适的介质酸度,并对钨基体对测定元素的影响以及检测限等进行了试验。
The content of impurities in tungsten concentrate has a great influence on the utilization of tungsten concentrate and the properties of products.Accurate and rapid analysis of impurity content is very important in production.The contents of molybdenum,manganese and iron were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry after the samples were decomposed by hydrochloric acid-nitric acid system.The interference of coexisting elements on the determination can be effectively reduced by optimizing the optimal operating parameters of the instrument,selecting the appropriate analytical spectral line.Suitable acidity of medium was selected and the influence of tungsten matrix on the determined elements and the detection limit were tested.
