摘要
大型球磨机的控制系统,涉及多系统的监测与控制。在以前的控制系统中,多采用硬接线进行连接,各操作站分别进行控制的方式,可靠性差,操作不便。为提高控制系统的实时性、可靠性,现基于西门子S7300PLC和昆仑通态(MCGS)触摸屏设计出一套可视化人机界面系统,实现了对球磨机整体系统的实时监测和DCS操作。
A control system of large-scaled ball mill involves the monitoring and control of multiple components.In the past system,Hard wiring was widely used,and the control modes of each operation station were separated.Those all caused the system had poor reliability and inconvenient operation.For improving the real-time performance,enhancing system reliability,a set of man-machine interaction system was designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and MCGS.At last,the real-time monitoring and DCS operation of this system are realized.
