摘要
本篇文章首先对电收尘器在黄金冶炼中应用进行探究,明确在实际应用中,电收尘器将会发生故障、收尘效率低等问题,而导致这些问题出现的因素往往和阴、阳极振打结构设计有着直接关联。对于上述问题,通过对阴、阳极振打结构进行科学设计,根据壳体漏风问题等采用相应处理对策,以获取理想效果,具体如下文。
In this paper,the application of electric precipitator in gold smelting is firstly explored,and it is clear that in practical application,the problems of failure and low efficiency of electric precipitator will occur,and the factors that lead to these problems are often directly related to the design of negative and anode rapping structures.For the above problems,through the scientific design of the negative and anode rapping structure,according to the air leakage of the shell,the corresponding countermeasures are adopted to obtain the ideal effect,as follows.
