摘要
西藏某铅锌选矿厂因矿石中矿物嵌布粒度关系复杂。选矿厂1#系列原工艺易导致大量金属流失且产品质量低。通过工艺改造[1,4],选矿厂1#系列生产能力从800t/d提高到1200t/d,生产能力扩大50%。生产指标大幅度提高且生产成本降,为公司创造了显著的经济效益。
A lead-zinc concentrator in Tibet has a complex relationship with the size of the minerals embedded in the ore.The original process of 1# Series in concentrator is easy to lead to a large amount of metal loss and low product quality.Through technological transformation [1,4],the production capacity of 1# series of concentrator is increased from 800t / D to 1200t / D,and the production capacity is increased by 50%.The production index is greatly improved and the production cost is reduced,it has created significant economic benefits for the company.
