Metallogenic regularity and prospecting of porphyry copper deposits in Northern Xinjiang

新疆是我国重要的金属矿产资源基地,处于欧亚大陆中心,横跨中亚与特提斯两大构造域,区内具有非常复杂的地质构造特征,同时具有强烈的壳幔作用,这些为区内大量金属矿床的形成提供了非常有利的条件。近年来,随着当地地质找矿工作的日渐深入,斑岩型铜矿在区内勘探获得了极大突破。为此,下文结合实践,对新疆北部斑岩铜矿成矿规律进行分析的基础上,探讨其找矿方向,希望对该区找矿工作提供一定的参考作用。

Xinjiang is an important base of metal mineral resources in China.It is located in the center of Eurasia,across the two tectonic domains of Central Asia and Tethys.The region has very complex geological structural characteristics and strong crust mantle action,which provides very favorable conditions for the formation of a large number of metal deposits in the region.In recent years,with the deepening of local geological prospecting,the exploration of porphyry copper deposits in the area has made a great breakthrough.Therefore,based on the analysis of the metallogenic law of porphyry copper deposits in the north of Xinjiang and the practice,this paper discusses the prospecting direction,hoping to provide some reference for the prospecting work in this area.
