ICP-AES光谱法测定一级动力波中的铼

摘要 采用盐酸、硝酸消解,加入酒石酸掩蔽干扰离子,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(以下简称ICP-AES)进行测定。实验对仪器条件的选择,盐酸的加入量,硝酸的加入量,酒石酸的加入量等测定条件进行了分析。分析结果表明该方法消除一级动力波中的基体效应和大量干扰离子的影响,对该方法进行了准确度,精密度,加标回收实验,精密度达0.39%~1.98%,加标回收率96.99%~100.74%,操作简单,结果准确,可靠。 Hydrochloric acid and nitric acid were dissolved,tartaric acid masking interference ions were added,and icp-aes were determined.The determination conditions,such as the choice of instruments,the amount of hydrochloric acid,the amount of nitric acid and tartaric acid,were analyzed.The dynamic wave of analysis results show that the method to eliminate the matrix effect and the influence of a large number of interfering ions,the method was accuracy,precision and standard addition recovery experiment,the precision of 0.39%~1.98%,standard addition recovery is 96.99%~100.74%,the operation is simple,accurate and reliable.
