摘要
超细氢氧化铝是低烟无卤阻燃的热塑性电缆材料中应用最多的阻燃剂,本文选取了马丁公司104LEO、Nabal tec公司APYRAL40CD、洛阳中超新材料AH-01DH、中国铝业H-WF-01超细氢氧化铝产品,按照配方制得热塑性低烟无卤阻燃电缆料样条,测定主要性能指标。结果表明,在热塑性低烟无卤阻燃电缆材料的应用中,目前部分国产的超细氢氧化铝产品已可替代国外同类产品。
The ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide is the most applied fire-retardants in the thermoplastic low-smoke and halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable material.In this paper,104leo from martinswerk,APYRAL40CD from Nabal tec ah-01dh from Luoyang Zhongchao new material,h-wf-01 ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide from Zhongzhou aluminum industry are selected.According to the formula:eva60 parts;mlldpe30 parts;170 parts of aluminide oxyhydrogen,10 parts of compatibilizer.the quality of domestic superfine aluminum hydroxide products represented by Luoyang Zhongchao has reached the level of imported products,and can replace the same imported products for production.
