摘要
主电机冷却风机不会自动停机,需要人为手动停止。在实践过程中提升机司机经常出现待机状态忘了停止风机运行的问题,这样既增加了冷却风机设备、材料损耗,又浪费电能。本文研究如何通过自动化控制系统实现提升机的冷却,完成系统的自动控制。通过实践证明本系统在实际生产过程中可以解决传统控制存在的各种问题。
The cooling fan of the main motor will not stop automatically and needs to be stopped manually.In practice,the elevator driver often forgets to stop the fan in standby state,which not only increases the loss of cooling fan equipment and materials,but also wastes electric energy.This paper studies how to realize the cooling and automatic control of the hoist through the automatic control system.It is proved by practice that the system can solve all kinds of problems existing in the traditional control in the actual production process.
