摘要
我国的煤矿和金属非金属矿山普遍使用提升设备提升物料和运送人员,提升设备是否安全可靠直接关系到作业人员的人身安全。国家相关标准和规程对提升设备的运行速度及加减速度的大小都有明确规定,运行速度及加减速度是否满足规定要求是反映提升设备安全运行的重要指标。随着电子通信技术的发展,开发一台便携式、高精度、高可靠性和安全性的测速系统成为一种必然的发展趋势。本文结合实例,分析基于无线传输的光电测速系统,为相关工作者提供参考依据。
Lifting equipment is widely used in coal mines and metal and non-metal mines in China to lift materials and transport personnel.Whether the lifting equipment is safe and reliable is directly related to the personal safety of operators.Relevant national standards and regulations have clear regulations on the operation speed and acceleration and deceleration of lifting equipment.Whether the operation speed and acceleration and deceleration meet the specified requirements is an important index reflecting the safe operation of hoisting equipment.With the development of electronic communication technology,it is an inevitable trend to develop a portable,high precision,high reliability and security speed measurement system.Based on an example,this paper analyzes the photoelectric speed measurement system based on wireless transmission,providing reference for relevant workers.
