铁路结合部包括内部结合部、路地结合部2类,结合部问题涉及面广,问题的协调解决较为困难,极易久拖不决,对铁路运营安全造成较大威胁。针对不同类别的结合部问题,铁路运输企业先后建立了一系列协调解决机制,但仍有改进空间。通过进一步明确管理责任、健全协调解决工作机制、提升结合部管理工作的规范化运作等措施,来确保结合部问题及时有效解决。

Railway joint-parts includes internal and railroad-local respectively.The issues that occur in the railway joint-parts are difficult to coordinate and solve.It is easy to be protracted and make a great threat to railway operation safety.For different types of issues,railway transport enterprises have established a series of coordination settlement mechanisms,but there is still room for improvement.By further clarifying management responsibility and improving working mechanism of coordination settlement,standardized operation of joint-parts management can be improved,the issues can be solved efficiently and effectively.
