摘要
利用电脑横机可变度山功能作用对针织产品进行设计和编织。通过对可变度山工作原理、编织原理和线圈松紧间结构变化、制版设计,详细分析了可变度山在针织产品设计和编织中的重要作用,包括后收肩、自带领边、下摆罗纹弧形问题及在电脑花样组织中的设计应用。结果表明,利用可变度山设计编织出的针织产品,工艺部位间密度松紧协调,外观平整,更符合人体学穿着;在降低生产成本,提高生产效率方面也起到了举足轻重的作用。
Design and knitting of knitted products under the function of variable degree mountain of computer crosshairs.The important role of variable degree mountain in the design and weaving of knitted products is analyzed in detail by analyzing the working principle of variable degree mountain,the weaving principle,the structure change between coil tensioning and plate making design.Including the back of the shoulder,self-leading edge,the lower pendulum curving problem and the design and application in the computer pattern organization.The results show that the knitting products made by using variable degree mountain design,the density of the process parts is relaxed and coordinated,the appearance is flat,and it is more in line with human body wear.In addition,it also plays a pivotal role in reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
