含叔丁氧基及吡啶环聚酰胺的制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用新型二胺单体4-(4-(叔丁氧基)苯基)-2,6-双(4-氨基苯基)吡啶(TPAP)分别与3种二酸通过Yamazaki膦酰法成功制备出一系列含叔丁氧基及非共面三苯基吡啶结构的芳香聚酰胺,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:聚合物不仅常温下可溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等高沸点溶剂,在加热条件下还能部分溶于四氢呋喃(THF)、氯仿(CHCl3)等低沸点溶剂,具有良好的溶解性。该聚酰胺的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均高于178℃,氮气氛围下热失重5%和10%的温度均高于426℃和477℃,表现出较好的热稳定性。同时,聚酰胺薄膜的光学性能和力学性能较好,截止波长(λcutoff)和80%透过率的波长(λ80%)范围分别为376~392 nm和469~501 nm,拉伸强度为49~71 MPa,杨氏模量为0.96~1.53GPa,断裂伸长率为3.2%~7.2%。 A series of aromatic polyamides containing tert-butoxy and non-coplanar triphenylpyridine structures were prepared successfully by Yamazaki phosphorylation method from a novel diamine monomer4-(4-(tert-butoxy)phenyl)-2,6-bis(4-dianilinephenyl)pyridine(TPAP)and three diacids,and their properties were studied.The results show that these polymers can not only dissolve in high boiling point solvents such as N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP),N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc),and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)at room temperature,but also dissolve partially in low boiling point solvents such as tetrahydrofuran(THF)and chloroform(CHCl3)under heating condition,showing good solubility.The glass transition temperature(Tg)of the polyamides are higher than 178℃,and the 5%weight loss temperature and 10%weight loss temperature in nitrogen atmosphere are above 426℃and 477℃,showing good thermal stability.At the same time,the polyamide films show good optical properties and mechanical properties.The ranges of cutoff wavelength(λcutoff)and 80%transmittance wavelength(λ80%)are 376~392 nm and 469~501 nm,respectively,the tensile strength is 49~71 MPa,the Young’s modulu is 0.96~1.53 GPa,and the elongation at break is 3.2%~7.2%.
