摘要 以TK13250E数控转台为对象,研究数控转台的传动机构蜗轮蜗杆存在的各项误差对传动精度的影响。利用动力学仿真软件Adams对蜗杆副进行仿真,对比仿真结果与理想结果来验证虚拟样机的正确性。利用Adams对蜗杆副的选材误差、制造误差、使用误差以及它们随机产生的综合误差进行全面仿真,得出不同误差对精度的影响程度。为了研究数控转台在过载荷下的精度衰退规律,设计了数控转台精度衰退加速磨损试验。试验表明,随着蜗轮磨损量增加,数控转台的定位精度和重复定位精度开始下降。 Based on the numerical controlled(NC)rotary table of TK13250E,the influence of various er⁃rors of the worm gear and worm of the transmission mechanism of the NC rotary table on the transmission preci⁃sion is studied.The dynamics simulation software Adams is used to simulate the worm pair.The simulation re⁃sults are compared with the ideal results,which verify the correctness of the virtual prototype model.The materi⁃al error,manufacturing error,use error and their random synthesis error of the worm pair are simulated by Ad⁃ams and the influence degree of different errors on accuracy is obtained.In order to study the law of accuracy de⁃terioration of NC under excessive load,the accelerated wear test of precision decline of NC rotary table is de⁃signed.The test shows that with the increase of worm gear wear,the positioning accuracy and repetitive position⁃ing accuracy of NC rotary table begin to decline.
