活性黑色染料对水曲柳上的染色优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 以黑色染料为染色剂对水曲柳面进行染色处理和优化,采用正交试验方法,以染料质量浓度、染色时间、浴比这3个因素作为优化料件。收集染前配制染液、染后剩余废液与蒸馏水清洗液的混合液,利用紫外光分光光度计测定出这两者的吸光度;以色差仪直接测取染色前后单板的色差值,从而计算出不同因素下染色单板的上染率和色差;通过红外光谱分析仪分析活性染料分子与木纤维之间的结合形式;通过正交试验的极差分析得出染料浓度影响因素。最后发现活性黑色染料对水曲柳单板染色的较优试验条件为:染色温度75℃,染料质量浓度在0.5%~1%范围内,染色时间60 min,浴比20∶1。 In this paper,the dyeing treatment and optimization of Fraxinus mandshurica with black dyes as dyeing agent were studied. Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the material with three factors:dye concentration,dyeing time,and bath ratio. The absorbance of dyeing liquor,residual waste liquor and distilled water cleaning liquor before and after dyeing were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and the color difference of dyeing veneer before and after dyeing was measured directly by color differ-ence meter,thus the dyeing rate and color difference of dyeing veneer under different factors were calcu-lated. The binding form between reactive dye molecule and wood fiber was analyzed by infrared spectrom-eter. The influencing factors of dye concentration were obtained by range analysis of orthogonal experi-ment. Finally,the optimum experimental conditions for dyeing Fraxinus mandshurica veneer with reactive black dyes are as follows:dyeing temperature 75 ℃,dye concentration in the range of 0.5%-1%,dyeing time 60 min,and bath ratio 20∶1.
