“黔气象”微信公众号用户行为习惯分析

Analysis about behaviors of user of the WeChat official account of Guizhou meteorology

摘要 利用“黔气象”公众号后台用户监测数据,统计分析了2015—2018年“黔气象”用户增长、阅读习惯和菜单点击习惯情况,结果如下:大型气象推广活动是“黔气象”扩大用户的最好方式;大型推广活动、吸引人气的话题和灾害性天气新闻能吸引到更多的用户阅读,;公众号会话是占比最高的阅读方式,其次为朋友圈转发阅读,其余方式阅读人数较少。实况监测是最受用户欢迎的一个菜单,其子菜单雷达监测和实况雨量最受用户欢迎。 Based on the monitor data of the WeChat official account of Guizhou meteorology Qianqixiang,a statistical analysis about the growth,reading habits and menu choice habits of the WeChat users of Qianqixiang from 2015 to 2018 was conducted.The results are as follows:large-scale meteorological promotion activities are the best way to expand the users of Qianqixiang.In addition,the period of frequent disastrous weather is also the peak time for the public to focus on Qianqixiang.From the point of reading habits,large-scale promotional activities can still attract the most users to read.Attractive topics and disastrous weather news are also good ways to improve number of readers.WeChat Official Account conversation is the highest way of reading,followed by retransmission reading in Moments,as the number of readers in other ways is less.Weather monitoring is the most popular menu to click,and the two submenus,radar monitoring and real-time rainfall are the most popular in all menus of weather monitoring.
