甲状腺乳头状癌的发病率呈增长趋势,手术是其主要治疗方式。陈如泉教授是全国名老中医,在乳头状甲状腺癌术后诊治上拥有丰富独到的经验,陈教授认为乳头状甲状腺癌的发病与气滞、痰浊、瘀毒相关,依据临床表现将乳头状癌术后患者分为四种不同证型:气阴两虚、脾肾阳虚、肝郁气滞、痰血瘀阻,分别予以不同的治法:益气养阴、温肾健脾、疏肝解郁、化痰散瘀,取得了不错的临床疗效,该文旨在总结陈如泉教授治疗甲状腺癌术后患者的临床经验,以供同道借鉴。

The incidence of thyroid papillary carcinoma is increasing,and surgery is the main treatment.He has extensive clinical experience in the treatment of syndrome differentiation after papillary thyroid cancer surgery.He believes that the incidence of papillary thyroid cancer is related to Qi stagnation,phlegm and toxin stasis.Patients with papillary carcinoma were divided into four types according to their clinical manifestations:Qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,liver Qi stagnation,Sputum and blood stasis and Give different treatments separately Nourishing Qi and Yin,warming kidney and spleen,soothing liver and relieving depression,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,it had good clinical results.This paper aims to summarize the clinical experience of professor CHEN Ruquan in treating patients with thyroid cancer after operation,so as to provide reference for the same way.
