基于“治痿独取阳明”论治癌性恶液质

"治痿独取阳明"在痿证的治疗中具有坚实的理论基础,是后世临床医家治疗痿证及痿证所属范围内各类疾病的基本法则。癌性恶液质属于中医学"痿证"的范畴,基于癌性恶病质与痿证发病机制及症候表现相似性的探讨,认为"独取阳明"之法亦可论治癌性恶病质,其治法之要在于:"健脾和胃所以安五脏;攻逐邪实,重在通畅肠道气机;脾胃为主导,亦兼取受病之脏"。如此灵活运用,以期提高临床治疗效果,延长患者的生命,改善患者的生存质量。
