Discussion on the Understanding and Clinical application of Psychosomatic Medicine in Hyperthyroidism*

随着人类社会的不断发展,人民生活水平的提高及生存压力的不断增加,来自于心理和社会环境因素对疾病的影响日益突显。甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)作为一种心身疾病,其发病率及复发率也日益增加,且其发生和复发与情志及环境因素密切相关,严重影响到人们的身心健康。中医心身医学理论对于甲亢(中医归属"瘿病"范畴)的病因病机有独特的见解,其治疗多从情志及脏腑辨证入手,作者将中医心身医学的认识运用于临床治疗甲亢多获良好的疗效。

With the continuous development of human society,the improvement of people’s living standards and the increasing pressure of survival,the impact of factors from psychological and social environment on diseases is becoming increasingly prominent.As a psychosomatic disease,hyperthyroidism has an increasing incidence and recurrence rate,and its occurrence is closely related to emotions,which seriously affects people’s mental and physical health.The psychosomatic theory of TCM has a unique view on the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism (TCM belongs to the category of gall disease).The treatment of hyperthyroidism is mostly based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of viscera,Qi,blood and body fluid.The theory of TCM psychosomatic medicine of hyperthyroidism deserves our further exploration and discussion.
