化疗相关性便秘中医外治临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in External Treatment of Chemotherapy Induced Constipation

目的:分析中医外治法治疗化疗相关性便秘的方法和疗效。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库等,整理分类中医外治法治疗化疗相关性便秘临床研究的相关文献。结果:中医外治对该病的方法多样,主要包括穴位敷贴、穴位按压、中药离子导入、针灸疗法、耳穴贴压、中药敷脐等常见外治疗法,具有疗效显著、副作用低,安全性高,操作简单,易于被患者接受等优势,但目前的研究方案仍存在样本量不足,方案设计不够严谨,临床疗效评估标准不统一等不足。结论:中医外治法可以缓解化疗相关性便秘症状,控制病情进展,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。今后应开展更多的大样本、多中心、统一标准的临床实验研究,为化疗相关性便秘的治疗提供思路。

Objective:The methods and effects of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chemotherapy-related constipation were analyzed.Methods:Relevant literatures on clinical studies of chemotherapy-related constipation were sorted out by searching the CNKI,WanFang,Sino-Med.Results:There are various methods for treating this disease externally.It mainly includes acupoint application,acupressure,traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis,acupuncture therapy,auricular acupressure,traditional Chinese medicine umbilical and other common external treatment methods,which have significant therapeutic effects,low side effects,high safety,simple operation and easy acceptance by patients.However,the current research protocol still has insufficient sample sizes,insufficient rigorous protocol design,and inconsistent clinical evaluation criteria.Conclusion:The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the symptoms of chemotherapy-related constipation,control the progression of the disease,and the treatment effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.In the future,more large-sample,multi-center,unified standard clinical experimental research should be carried out to provide ideas for the treatment of chemotherapy-related constipation.
