小柴胡汤防治肝病的实验研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 张仲景《伤寒论》中的小柴胡汤对肝病的治疗发挥着重要作用,引起了国内外众多学者对其抗肝纤维化、修复肝损伤、抗乙肝病毒、防治脂肪肝、抗肿瘤等相关机制进行了不断的探索和研究,论文对近十年来其防治肝病的实验研究进展进行了综述。认为,大量实验研究可以证明小柴胡汤在防治肝病方面有抗纤维化、护肝、抗炎、抗病毒、抑制脂肪的生成等作用,但是对于仅有"西医病名"而无中医"症状"和"证型"的患者是否可以使用和长期使用小柴胡汤治疗,以及是否小柴胡汤或其药物组成中的某些提取物对抗纤维化、抗病毒方面有着特效的作用都还需要进一步的研究。另外,对于小柴胡汤联合抗病毒、干扰素的治疗是否会提高单一使用西医治疗的副作用和耐药性也还需要进一步的观察研究。 Xiao Chaihu decoction in ZHANG Zhongjing’s Treatise on Febrile Diseases plays an important role in the treatment of liver disease,causing many scholars at home and abroad to carry out its anti-fibrosis,repair of liver damage,anti-HBV,prevention and treatment of fatty liver,anti-tumor and other related mechanisms With continuous exploration and research,this article summarizes its experimental research progress in the prevention and treatment of liver disease in the past ten years.A large number of experimental studies can prove that Xiao Chaihu Decoction has the effects of preventing fibrosis,protecting the liver,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,and inhibiting the production of fat in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.Whether "type" patients can be treated with Xiaochaihu decoction for a long time,and whether certain extracts of Xiaochaihu decoction or its medicinal composition have specific effects on anti-fibrosis and antiviral needs further research.In addition,whether the treatment of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with antiviral and interferon will improve the side effects and drug resistance of mono therapy with Western medicine also requires further observation and research.
