椎管内幼年性黄色肉芽肿一例

摘要 1临床资料患者,男,25岁,1个月前无明显诱因出现双手麻木,伴左下肢乏力,未予重视,2d前上述症状加重,伴多个手指无法伸直,遂来我院就诊.患者5年前有“额部皮肤肿瘤切除史”,具体不详.专科检查:左上肢肌力V级,左下肢肌力Ⅳ级,右上肢肌力V级,右下肢肌力V级,双侧指掌部屈侧浅感觉减弱,以第三、第四、第五指明显,余神经系统检查未见异常,实验室检查未见明显异常.
