摘要
1 History。A 26-year-old female suffered from abdominal discomfort with a pancreatic tail mass for 1 week.2 Image Findings Unenbanced CT revealed a mass measuring 4.7 cm×3.4 cm with mixed density in the pancreas tail.The mass partly protrudes the outline of pancreas.Some calcification and cystic necrosis can be seen.On contrast enhanced images,the tumor shows slight enbancement,and the intensity is lower than normal pancreatic tissue in arterial phase.
