摘要
为实现城市污泥高效脱水与无害化资源化利用,选用3种药剂调理城市污水处理厂的原始厌氧污泥,考察了其对污泥基本性质及其脱水水质的影响。结果表明,在药剂最佳投加量条件下,PAC处理后的泥饼含水率最低,且用量最少;当PAC投加量为14%时,污泥泥饼含水率达到最低(60.95%),其压滤后的泥饼达到最硬、成形成块、不粘滤袋,污泥脱水效果较好。比较上清液COD,NH3-N,TP去除情况发现,FeCl3对厌氧污泥上清液COD值去除效果最优,去除率达30.29%;PAC对上清液NH3-N值去除效果最佳,当投加量为14%时去除率达37.28%;FeCl3与PAC对上清液TP值去除效果相近,当PAC投加量为14%时去除率达75.14%,当FeCl3投加量为20%时去除率达80.04%。
In order to realize the efficient dehydration and harmless resource utilization of urban sludge,three kinds of chemicals were used to adjust the original anaerobic sludge of urban sewage treatment plants,the effects on the basic properties of sludge and dehydration water quality were investigated.The results showed that under the condition of optimal dosage of the drug,the moisture content of the cake after PAC treatment was the lowest and the amount was the least.When the dosage of PAC was 14%(relative to the solid content of the sludge),the moisture content of sludge reached the lowest(60.95%),and the mud cake after pressure filtration reaches the hardest,forming block and non-stick filter bag,and the sludge dewatering effect is better.Comparing the removal of COD,NH3-N and TP in the supernatant,it was found that FeCl3 had the best removal effect on the COD value of the anaerobic sludge supernatant,and the removal rate reached 30.29%.The PAC had the best effect on the NH3-N value of the supernatant,and the removal rate reached 37.28%when the dosage was 14%.FeCl3 and PAC had similar effects on the TP value of the supernatant.When the dosage of PAC was 14%,the removal rate reached75.14%.When the dosage of FeCl3 was 20%,the removal rate reached 80.04%.
