摘要
阐述常用衣帽架框架设计存在的问题,针对存在的问题点,在优化衣帽架框架设计时,增加衣帽架两侧竖梁设计,使衣帽架框架和后地板框架形成整体封闭结构。从而不仅有效满足尾碰过程能量的传递和分散,而且增加后轮包的局部动刚度和整个车身的扭转刚度。
The existing design problem of the frame structure of common shelf are expounded.For this problem,adding vertical beams at two sides are added in design,forming a whole closing structure from frame structure of rear floor to shelf frame.It not only satisfies with rear bumper requirements,but also increases dynamic stiffness of rear wheel panel and torsional stiffness of the whole vehicle.
