摘要
介绍了先进的铸造工艺装备概况、铸造工艺的虚拟设计及先进的浇注系统在实际生产中的应用。采用先进的工艺技术生产的铸钢件,废品率下降到了1%以下,钢液的利用率大于52%。
Advanced molding and smelting technologies and equipments were briefly introduced.A virtual design of casting process was introduced.Applications of an advanced gating system to actual production were introduced.The use of the advanced technology made rejection rate of the cast steel products to reduce to less than 1%,and availability of the molten steel to increase to above 52%.
