This paper introduces the working principle of the medium frequency induction furnace,analyzes the characteristics of each functional part of the system structure,describes in details the cold commissioning of the induction furnace,lining making and sintering and other technical processes,describes the control system to achieve various functional operations,and provides positive help and guidance for engineers.
