摘要
分析了制造输出轴壳体的5种铸造工艺的利弊,得出采用消失模铸造工艺较为合适。采用消失模铸造工艺制造的输出轴壳体铸件,组织致密,没有缩孔、缩松等缺陷,且外观光洁,已在实际生产中得到应用。
Advantages and disadvantages of five categories of casting processes used for output shaft shell were analyzed.As view from its characteristic configuration,a EPC process is relatively suitable to the output shaft shell.The output shaft shell produced by EPC process exhibited dense structure free from defects such as contraction cavity and shrinkage porosity,and smooth appearance,has been used in actual production.
