某型运输机APU进气道优化设计及安全性分析

摘要 在考核某型运输机APU进气系统试飞过程中,发现该型运输机进气系统的出口总压畸变和总温畸变较大,不能满足指标要求。本文根据该进气道的特点,对其进行了优化设计。优化后的进气道总压畸变和总温畸变明显减小,且进气流量有所增加,满足了设计指标要求。同时,对设计方案进行了安全性分析,识别并评估了典型的失效故障模式。 During the flight test of APU intake system of a certain type of transport aircraft,the total pressure distortion and total temperature distortion of the intake system are large,which do not meet the requirement of the index.According to the characteristics of the intake port,the optimum design of the intake port is carried out in this paper.The total pressure distortion and total temperature distortion of the optimized intake port are obviously reduced,and the intake flow rate is increased,which meets the design requirements.At the same time,the security of the design scheme is analyzed,and the typical failure modes are identified and evaluated.
