摘要
针对高速飞行器舱盖结构承载较大的设计问题,采用仿真分析法对结构进行了设计和仿真分析,提出了舱盖加筋设计方案,有效提高舱盖设计的刚度。仿真分析表明,加筋设计的舱盖刚度满足设计输入要求,与传统增加材料厚度方案相比,刚度变化效果更加显著。此方法能够在不改变复材铺层的情况下迅速提高舱盖刚度,对高速飞行器舱盖设计有一定的借鉴价值,达到满足设计要求的同时控制成本的目标。
Aiming at the design problem of high-speed aircraft canopy structure with large bearing capacity,the simulation analysis method is used to design and simulation the structure,and the design scheme of canopy reinforcement is put forward to effectively improve the rigidity of canopy can meet the design input requirements,compared with the traditional scheme o increasing materials thickness,the effect of stiffness change is more significant,this method can rapidly improve the cabin stiffness without changing the composite layer,which has a certain reference value for the cabin design of high-speed aircraft,it achieves the goal of cost control while meeting the design requirements.
