摘要
飞机地面结构强度试验中,充压试验是一种设计和实施难度大的高风险试验。本文在总结以往结构充压试验经验的基础上,采用安全性设计方法,对结构充压试验从试验设计、现场实施、保护措施等方面进行安全风险分析,并进一步改进和优化试验方案,充分保证结构充压试验全过程的高安全性和高可靠性。
Structural inflation test in the structure strength test of aircraft is of high risk,which is difficult to design and implement,and very likely the structural explosion happened in the test process.On the base of the previous experience of structural inflation tests,the safety design method is proposed to further improvement and perfection to the scheme of the structural inflation test,from the aspects of test design,implementation,protective measures,etc.It fully ensures the high safety and high reliability in the whole process of structural inflation test.
