非接触式位移测量的设计与实现

摘要 飞机结构强度试验中,试验件位移是重要的测试数据。现阶段结构强度试验位移测量多采用接触式方法,比如千分表、位移计等。上述位移测量设备需要直接与试验件接触安装,在大型结构强度试验中,大量的位移测量设备安装可能会影响正常的加载设备运行,增加了试验的复杂性。本文通过非接触式测距技术,设计一种非接触式位移测量设备,实现飞机结构试验的非接触位移测量。结果表明,该装置满足位移测量的精度要求,并简化了测距设备的安装,提高了试验效率。 For aircraft structural strength tests,displacement is an important test data in strength tests.At present,the displacement measurement of structural strength tests mostly adopts contact methods,such as dial gauges and displacement meters.The above displacement measurement equipment needs to be installed in direct contact with the test piece.In large-scale structural strength tests,the installation of a large number of displacement measurement equipment may affect normal loading equipment operation adds complexity to the test.In this paper,a non-contact displacement measuring device is designed by non-contact distance measurement technology to realize non-contact displacement measurement of aircraft structure test.The results show that the device meets the accuracy of displacement measurement,simplifies the installation of distance measuring equipment,and improves the test efficiency.
