摘要
复合材料大量应用于大中型飞机尾翼中,特别是以碳纤维复合材料为代表的高性能复合材料。尾翼上采用复合材料后,由于复合材料的导电特性和金属结构存在差异性,所以无法按照金属结构的一般设计原则设计静电、雷电等导电和放电通路。本文研究了在国内现有材料和设计水平条件下,复合材料尾翼的导电通路设计,并展望了随着材料科学发展,未来复合材料结构导电通路设计思路。
Composite materials are widely used in large and medium-sized aircraft fins,especially high-performance composite materials represented by carbon fiber composite materials.After the composite material is used on the empennage,due to the differences in the conductive properties of the composite material and the metal structure,it is impossible to design the conductive and discharge paths such as static electricity and lightning in accordance with the general design principles of metal structures.This article studies the conductive path design of composite tails under the existing domestic materials and design level conditions,and looks forward to the future design ideas of conductive paths for composite structures with the development of materials science.
