真空轮辋的精密成形工艺开发与应用

Development and Application of Precision Forming Technology for Vacuum Rim

摘要 轮辋是典型的大轮廓薄壁件。采用发泡成形的密度较高的EPS白模制成壳型并埋置于陶粒砂中负压压紧实,在真空状态下浇注金属液,得到组织致密、外观光洁的精密铸件。检验结果表明:铸件中无缩孔、缩松等缺陷,尺寸、形状、力学性能和气密性均符合要求。 Rim is a typical large-profile thin-walled part.The shell mould was fabricated with the use of a foaming-formed EPS white mould having higher-density,and buried in haydite which was then compacted under negative pressure.After this,the molten metal was poured into the shell under vacuum condition to secure a precision casting that exhibited compact structure and smooth appearance.The examination results indicate that the castings have no defects such as contraction cavity and porosity,and that their dimension,shape,mechanical properties,and tightness all conform with the requirements.
