摘要
新东水平分型的砂型排气主要依靠围绕在模具外圆的排气道进行排气。由于砂型型腔内没有有效的排气手段,导致结构复杂铸件产生批量的气孔和呛火缺陷。为了消除这些缺陷,以生产刹车盘为例,设计了新型的弹簧冒口。新设计的弹簧冒口在浇注过程中能快速、有效地排除型腔内的气体,减少铸件中的气孔等缺陷,废料率从3.9%下降到1.5%,使用效果良好。
The exhaust of sand mold in Xindong horizontal parted mould moulding line mainly depends on the exhaust passage around the outer circle of the mold.Due to the lack of effective exhaust means in the cavity of sand mold,lots of air holes and choking defects are produced in castings with complex structure.In order to eliminate these defects,a new type of spring riser is designed for the production of brake discs.The newly designed floating riser could rapidly and effectively remove gas from the mould cavity,thus reducing gas holes and other defects in the castings,and decreasing percentage of waste materials from 3.9%to 1.5%,exhibiting good effectiveness in service.
