摘要
介绍了机械臂铸件铸造工艺的设计方法及其试制过程。采用模拟软件对所设计的铸造工艺进行了验证,并预判铸造缺陷的产生部位。根据模拟结果采取了相应的技术措施,从而使设计的铸造工艺更为合理,提高铸件的质量,降低试制成本。
The method of designing casting technology for mechanical arm castings and their trial-production process were introduced.The designed casting technology was verified and the location in which casting defects will produce was prejudged by using a simulation software.Based on the simulated result,some corresponding technical measures were adopted,and,as a result,the designed casting technology became even more reasonable,the quality of the castings was improved,and the trailproduction cost was reduced.
