摘要
在创新驱动发展战略背景下,高科技企业自主创新能力的突破对于企业发展乃至民族产业在国际中的位置保持、产业链升级至关重要,而搭建产业技术创新战略联盟,是企业实现这一目标的重要途径。通过研究产业技术创新战略联盟影响高科技企业突破式创新的内在机制及关键问题,并以292家产业技术创新战略联盟企业的数据进行检验,结果表明,产业技术创新战略联盟关系质量对于突破式创新具有重要影响,其可通过搭建知识场活性平台促进突破式创新;关系嵌入对知识场活性与突破式创新的关系起倒U型调节作用。在经济转型和创新驱动发展战略的指导下,应通过构建良好的产业技术创新战略联盟关系、激活智库知识场并拓宽关系资本的获取渠道,以更好实现突破式创新。
In the context of the innovation-driven development strategy,the breakthrough of high-tech enterprises’ independent innovation ability is of great significance to the development of enterprises,even to the national industry’s maintenance and promotion in international chain. Building industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is the main way for enterprises to achieve this goal. This paper explores the relationship and questions between alliance relationship quality and high-tech enterprises’ breakthrough innovation.Then,it examines the relationships using data from 292 industrial technology innovation strategic alliance enterprises. Results show that: Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance relationship quality has positive effect on breakthrough innovation;knowledge field mediates the relationship between industrial technology innovation strategic alliance relationship quality and breakthrough innovation;and relationship embedding plays an inverted u-shaped regulatory role between knowledge field and breakthrough innovation. Under the guidance of economic transformation and innovation-driven development strategy,we can improve the level of breakthrough innovation by building good industrial technology innovation strategic alliance relationship,activating knowledge field as think tank and broadening access to relational capital.
